Holla, it’s finally October, but let’s recap September.
Karli and I went to the Six Sisters Stuff book release party. I won this fabulous Nume. I didn’t really know what a Nume was and then I looked it up. Holy cow, they’re fancy guys. This one is a 19MM which is perfect for my long hair.
Have I ever told you I love Costco clothes? No, well I do. And I had been looking for a fall army jacket and I found this one. I love it.
Our dahlia’s are going strong…even in all of this rain. Our flowers have done better than our veggies this year. Sad face.
We don’t have a ladder so we have to make due.
Robert received his white coat. I am so proud of him. He has only been in his grad program for 5 months and still has 2 years to go, but he is rocking it.
Confession. I don’t like McDonald’s. I just don’t. And Karli and I were hangry, and we needed to eat something. So we went and I almost reversed out of the drive thru…it’s not that I don’t like fast food, I just prefer Rancheritos.
Another pic from Robert’s white coat ceremony.
He’s my very favorite.
I had the opportunity to go to the Provo City Center Temple with the young women. They were doing baptisms for the dead and it was my first time going as an advisor…so weird. But my heart was so grateful seeing the youth doing temple work.
Karli just got back from her mission. She is currently living with Robert and me. It is so much fun. She got home 6 days before school started, we were like, you can’t find a place to live in that amount of time. You have to live with us. And we’ve missed you for 1.5 years. She is so much fun to have around. Anyways, I had to take the pic of her because in Oregon they pump your gas for you. She couldn’t wrap her head around it. Hahaha!
Love Love Love,
